Please note: 
  • By Law sheets and/or pillowcases that have been opened or used may NOT be returned for refund or exchange.

You may return other new, unworn items within 14 days of USPS confirmed delivery for a full refund, less original shipping costs.  * This does not apply to Final Clearance and Closeout items.

Due to the intimate nature of sleepwear & bedding, and for the safety of our customers, all returned items must be in clean, new and unworn condition - with all tags attached.

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Please note:
  • Once Sleep Dry ~ Stay Cool delivers your order to USPS or UPS and it is scanned into their system, that Entity is responsible for the safe delivery of your order.
  • From that point, Sleep Dry ~ Stay Cool  is  no longer in control of - or responsible for - a correctly addressed  package that is  lost, damaged in transit, or misdirected by the Delivery Service.  Sleep Dry~ Stay Cool is not held responsible for replacement orders.
  •  If you would like to have you package insured before shipping, please contact us for an insurance quote and we will add it to your order.

Once an item is shipped from our location, a 10% re-stocking fee may apply if returned. This re-stocking fee includes items returned due to incorrect fit, unless due to manufacturer error in sizing. There is no re-stocking fee for exchanges returned in new, unworn condition.

Click here to view our Size Chart and determine which size would be best for you.  If you  prefer a more relaxed fit, you may want to go one size larger.

Once shipped from our location, refunds, returns or exchanges will not apply to Final Clearance and/or Closeout merchandise

Please contact us in advance to acquire your RMA number if you need to make a return, so that we can be expecting your package. Returned merchandise without an assigned RMA number will be refused. Items that are opened or returned more than 14 days after USPS confirmed delivery may receive a partial refund, depending upon individual circumstances.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. In most cases, we’ll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return. If you paid directly from your bank account, it may take up to 5 additional business days for the credit to be posted to your bank account. If you paid by check, it will take longer for you to receive the refund.

How do I return an item?
