How do I return an item?

We are happy to work with you on returns and exchanges.

 Please note:  By Law, sheets and pillowcases that have been opened or used may NOT be returned . You may return other new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less original shipping costs.
 
All returned items must be in clean, new and unworn condition  - with all tags attached. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
 
Please contact us in advance if you need to make a return, so that we can be expecting your package. Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery may receive a partial refund, depending on individual circumstances.
 
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. In most cases, we’ll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return.
 
If you paid directly from your bank account, it may take up to 5 additional business days for the credit to be posted to your bank account. If you paid by check, it will take longer for you to receive the refund.
