To make a return in accordance with our Return Policy, please contact us within 10 days of the USPS confirmed delivery date of your order. You can email us at customerservice@sleepdrystaycool.com to obtain an RMA number. Items returned without an RMA number will be refused.
Returned items that are non-compliant with our Return Policy standard will only be returned to the Customer after receipt of Customer's prepaid return shipping cost via USPS. USPS prevailing shipping and Delivery Confirmation rate will apply. Sleep Dry-Stay Cool is in no way responsible for cost to return non-compliant merchandise to Customer.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your Personal Store Credit Code once we've received and processed the returned item. In most cases you will receive your Personal Store Credit Code within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return.
