How do I return an item?
Please contact us in advance if you need to make a return, so that we can be expecting your package.
Your can email us at CustomerService@SleepDryStayCool.com to obtain an RMA number. Items that are opened or returned more than 14 days after USPS confirmed delivery may receive a partial refund, depending upon individual circumstances.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. In most cases, we’ll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return.
If you paid directly from your bank account, it may take up to 5 additional business days for the credit to be posted to your bank account. If you paid by check, it will take longer for you to receive the refund.
